Grow Therapy is seeking a People Business Partner for Operations in a hybrid NYC-based setup. You will be embedded with the Operations team to support a large, fast-moving workforce of exempt and non-exempt employees, guiding day-to-day people decisions with clarity and care.

You will build scalable talent practices, support planning, and use data to shape people decisions. This role emphasizes coaching, policy application, and operational partnership across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an HRBP or People Partner role with strong emphasis on supporting non-exempt populations.
• Experience supporting a multi-state, fast-paced workforce in a frontline or customer-facing operational setting.
• Ability to develop first-time managers and provide pragmatic guidance with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Coaching frontline leaders, delivering clear feedback and setting expectations.
• Navigating employee relations including performance concerns and policy questions.
• Driving performance, recognition, and fair decision-making.
• Creating clarity and consistency in applying People policies across exempt and non-exempt workers.
• Staying close to the business and surfacing risks and opportunities from engagement signals.
