Job summary

Invio Automation, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the on-site HR partner for our Webster, NY facility. You will manage weekly payroll, employee relations, performance coaching, onboarding, compliance, and engagement across the employee lifecycle.

You will also support recruiting efforts, work with HR leadership, and ensure consistent policy application. The role requires hands-on HR experience, strong judgment, and confidentiality in a growing manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Typical 4-7 years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on payroll and employee relations.
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., Paycor) and HRIS/payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Owns and processes weekly payroll for Webster facility, including timecards and discrepancies.
• Serves as HR point of contact for employees and managers on relations, performance, attendance, policy interpretation.
• Leads employee relations investigations, interviews, and documents findings with HR leadership.
• Coaches managers on performance management, documentation, and policy application.
• Supports recruiting for Webster-based roles, coordinates interviews and offers.
• Manages pre-employment and onboarding processes, including background checks and orientation.
• Maintains accurate employee data in HRIS and payroll systems; ensures timely changes.
• Supports compensation, benefits, leave, and engagement programs; partners on org changes.
