This role focuses on day-to-day employee experience, guiding Supervisors and Managers through complex people decisions while building scalable programs for future growth. Hybrid NYC work and strong cross-functional collaboration are key aspects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an HRBP/People Partner role.
• Experience supporting non-exempt populations.
• Frontline or customer-facing operations experience is a plus.
• Ability to develop first-time managers and new leaders.
• Strong judgment balancing empathy, risk, and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Coach frontline leaders and managers to build confidence and capability.
• Lead employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion.
• Drive performance, recognition, and fair decision-making across teams.
• Create clarity and consistency in People policies across exempt/non-exempt staff.
