Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to deliver hands‑on, day‑to‑day HR support across generalist functions. Based in Phoenix, AZ and onsite, you will partner with HR and operations to ensure compliance and guide performance management and progressive discipline.

You will maintain HR documentation, assist with unemployment claims, and help strengthen employee‑centered outcomes while building relationships across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of HR or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; hands‑on HR experience a plus.
• Experience in foodservice distribution, manufacturing, or dairy operations preferred.
• HRIS experience preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in MS Windows environment.

• Deliver day‑to‑day HR support to managers and associates onsite.
• Ensure compliance and provide guidance on performance management and discipline.
• Maintain HR documentation, reporting, and unemployment claims support.
