Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to serve as the primary HR partner for distribution operations within a dynamic warehouse environment. You will support employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness to align people strategies with business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in distribution/warehouse environments.
• HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR partner for distribution operations, guiding employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build relationships with operational leaders and influence decisions with HR expertise.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Coach leaders on people leadership practices to promote accountability and compliance.
• Identify workforce trends and recommend solutions to support business objectives and engagement.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and leaders on staffing and onboarding strategies.
• Facilitate onboarding activities and new associate integration for a positive experience.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement programs and priorities.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics and provide actionable insights to leaders.
