Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager for its Manufacturing Division. You will serve as a strategic partner to manufacturing leadership, aligning people strategies with business goals and driving employee engagement across multiple facilities.

You will lead a team of HR Business Partners, work with Centers of Excellence, and influence leaders through data-driven HR insights to solve workforce challenges.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 6+ years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or operations.
• Strong employee relations experience including investigations and coaching.
• Proven ability to influence leaders and build trusted partnerships.
• Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and complex environments.
• Experience leading HR professionals.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Safety, Benefits, Compensation, Legal.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• HR certification preferred and bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary HR partner to manufacturing leadership, guiding goals and engagement.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners to ensure consistent HR services.
• Build relationships with leaders across facilities and influence decisions with HR insight.
• Partner with operations to anticipate workforce needs and staffing strategies.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations, including investigations and policy interpretation.
• Identify workforce trends and develop practical, compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to implement programs and priorities.
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
• Oversee HR projects and drive execution across locations.
• Champion Shamrock's culture and create an inclusive, high-performance environment.
• Monitor compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Manage onboarding, training, and employee communications for engagement.
• Analyze workforce metrics and recommend improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
