Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic business partner for our Manufacturing Division, guiding people strategies across multiple facilities. You will align HR programs with operational goals, foster an engaged workforce, and provide counsel on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
6+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP, management, or strategic HR leadership in manufacturing or operations.
Strong employee relations experience, including investigations, policy interpretation, coaching leaders.
Ability to influence leaders and build trusted partnerships across the business.
Experience supporting workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Experience supporting multiple locations or complex operational environments.
Experience leading and developing HR professionals.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Safety, Benefits, Compensation, Legal, and other teams.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR partner to manufacturing leadership, providing strategic guidance and solutions.
Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners.
Build relationships with leaders across multiple facilities and influence decisions.
Partner with operations to anticipate workforce needs and develop staffing strategies.
Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, including investigations and disciplinary actions.
Identify workforce trends and develop practical solutions balancing associate experience and compliance.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support hiring initiatives.
Work with Centers of Excellence to implement programs and priorities.
Support leadership development and succession planning.
Lead HR projects and initiatives across locations.
Champion Shamrock's culture and values.
Monitor compliance with policies and employment laws.
Oversee onboarding, training, and employee communication.
Analyze workforce metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
