Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to be the primary partner for our distribution operations. You will address employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness to support busy warehouse environments.

In this role you’ll influence leaders, coach on people leadership, and help create an engaged, compliant workplace culture while ensuring HR programs align with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field; master's preferred.
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in distribution/warehouse/operational environments.
• Strong employee relations, investigations, performance management and policy interpretation.
• Ability to influence leaders, build partnerships, and support workforce planning and change initiatives.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for distribution operations, guiding leaders on employee relations and workforce planning.
• Influence business decisions with HR expertise and sound judgment.
• Coach leaders on employee matters and people leadership practices.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and associate engagement initiatives.
• Analyze workforce metrics and recommend practical solutions aligning with business goals.
