Amazon in Maryville, TN is seeking an HR Partner on the People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team to drive employee experience, engagement, and leadership development on site. You will execute standard HR workflows, partner with Operations, coach leaders, and use HR data to inform decisions and improve processes.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong communication, confidentiality, and Excel skills. Onsite presence is expected at the facility in Maryville.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year HR general experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
• Degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
• Experience in customer service or people-facing roles; strong communication skills
• Data-driven decision making; problem solving
• Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables, v-lookups, formulas
• Ability to train and support others in HR technologies and digital platforms
