The role leads the facility's HR team and oversees talent development, workforce planning, recruitment, engagement, performance management, compensation, benefits, and associate relations, while aligning with UNFI's people-first culture and transformation journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or HR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state/province and local employment laws.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function for a facility and execute HR programs.
• Manage HR Business Partners and local HR teams.
• Collaborate to share best practices and drive regional and national HR initiatives.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent development, engagement and labor relations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable laws.
