Job summary

UNFI is seeking an on-site Human Resources Manager in Rocklin, CA to partner with operational leadership and execute the facility's HR strategy. You will lead the HR team and oversee Talent Development, Talent Selection, Workforce Planning, Engagement, and more to support a people-first culture.

The role requires at least 5 years of HR experience, a relevant degree or certification, and strong leadership, coaching, and HR program management skills to drive organizational success at the Rocklin

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field OR PHR/SPHR/CHRL/CPHR Certification required.
• 5 years minimum HR experience required.
• Knowledge of HR policies, federal/state/local employment laws, and HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads the HR function for a facility, provides functional HR expertise, plans and executes on key projects.
• Directly manages team of HR Business Partners and associates within the facility and drives performance in the local HR teams.
• Executes HR programs within the facility and ensures alignment with HR processes and programs.
• Collaborates with HR colleagues to share best practices and leverage successes across the company.
