Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
PHR/SPHR/CHRL/CPHR certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years HR experience.
Knowledge of federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws.
Experience in talent development, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

Builds effective working relationships with business leaders and provides counsel to internal partners.
Leads workforce and talent agenda with Talent Acquisition for new hires and onboarding.
Drives employee engagement through surveys, analysis, and action plans.
Executes HR programs and maintains HRIS and associate files with accuracy.
Performs HR activities including recordkeeping, promotions, and employee relations within policy.
