Job summary

UNFI is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide on-site support at our Hopkins, MN distribution center. You will partner with leaders to execute HR strategies across development, planning, engagement, compensation, benefits, and labor relations, with a focus on driving UNFI’s people-first culture.

You will lead talent onboarding, employee relations, and HR program execution, ensuring compliant, timely delivery of HR processes and data integrity across HRIS and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or PHR/SPHR/CHRL/CPHR Certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience required.
• Working knowledge of Federal, state/provincial and local employment laws.
• Understanding of talent acquisition, compensation and benefits policies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
