Santa Rosa Behavioral Healthcare Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to provide day-to-day HR support. You will manage onboarding, training, compliance, and recruitment while acting as the main contact for employee questions and concerns.

You will liaise with external partners for benefits and retirement matters and participate in occupational health risk awareness. The role includes administering LOA processes, maintaining HR records, and supporting reporting

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent level of education and experience preferred.
• Three years' experience in human resources preferred.
• General knowledge of federal and state hiring laws.
• General knowledge of routine administration of employee benefit programs.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of HR with employee onboarding, training and compliance.
• Serve as liaison for employee questions, concerns, and complaints.
• Coordinate recruitment ads, collect resumes and verify licensing information.
• Screen candidates via phone, video, or in-person interviews as needed.
• Maintain HR documents, forms, interviews, and pre-screen results.
