Job summary

Stanford Health Care is seeking an HR Shared Services Representative to execute a wide range of transactional and operational HR activities across multiple functional domains.

This role serves as a key delivery resource within the Shared Services model, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in HR data processing, onboarding support, and lifecycle transactions—primarily through Workday and other HR systems.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in HR operations or shared services.
• Experience handling onboarding, workforce administration, and compliance.
• Ability to process high-volume transactions with accuracy.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Workday HCM and I-9/E-Verify concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and workforce transactions.
• Process and maintain employee data in Workday with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage job changes, compensation updates, and organizational changes.
• Support onboarding, I-9/E-Verify compliance, and eligibility documentation.
• Coordinate immigration, verification requests, and records management.
• Support employee engagement programs and continuous process improvement.
