Job summary

Arion Care Solutions is seeking an Employment Advisor to guide new hires through onboarding, schedule training, complete background checks, and coordinate required documentation. The role requires in-person support at our Chandler and Phoenix offices with Monday–Friday in-office presence.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR/onboarding or related fields, strong communication, and organizational skills, plus tech-savviness to learn new systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in HR, onboarding/hiring process, customer service, recruiting or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible for a DPS fingerprint card.

Responsibilities

• Guide new hires through onboarding: schedule training, background checks, and documentation.
• Explain company policies & procedures.
• Coordinate new hire files, schedules, and compliance requirements.
• Provide in-person and virtual support throughout hiring and onboarding.
• Partner with supervisors to meet staffing needs.
