Progressive Roofing is seeking an HR Administrator in Phoenix, AZ to support day-to-day HR operations and onboarding. You will work across several HR systems, enter data accurately, and assist with new hire experiences to ensure a smooth start.

The role requires 1–3 years of HR experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to present to groups. A collaborative, calm approach is valued in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR processes and team members.
• Work across multiple HR systems and platforms throughout the day.
• Complete accurate manual data entry and maintain employee information.
• Learn new systems, processes, and responsibilities quickly.
• Support new hire onboarding and ensure a positive experience from day one.
• Present information to groups of new employees during orientation.
• Answer employee questions with professionalism and empathy.
• Navigate challenging conversations and de-escalate situations calmly.
• Partner with HR and other departments to complete tasks and resolve employee needs.
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail with employee data.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional HR admin needs.
