Responsibilities

• Source and verify information for new hires, ensuring licensures are up to date.
• Coordinate with Recruitment, Secure Hire, Occupational Health and HR to clear new hires.
• Schedule and track paperwork for Clinical Education and trainings.
• Process and verify Employment Eligibility and E-Verify documents.
• Deliver face‑to‑face onboarding workshops and answer questions by email/phone.
• Follow up with teams and candidates to meet deadlines and clearances.
• Provide program support for organizational programs and coordinate new employee orientations.
• Work under supervision, interact with multiple departments and manage candidate contacts.
