Acara Solutions, an Aleron Company, is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. You will support the onboarding process for recruited candidates and pay-rolled contractors, handling background checks, drug testing, I-9s, employment and education verifications, and customer-specific documents.

Responsibilities include assisting with new start paperwork, coordinating timely completion via the SmartSearch Onboarding portal, and maintaining communication with recruiters about candidate

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication are required.
• 1 year of experience in an office environment is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus and onboarding experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding of candidates and contractors, including payroll and timesheet processing.
• Coordinate completion of new start paperwork and verify documents through onboarding portal.
• Communicate with recruiters on status of candidates' onboarding and handle background checks and drug screens.
