Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Manager, HR for an on-site role in Rogers, Minnesota. The position oversees HR activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services, driving the implementation of the company HR strategy to attract and retain talent.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably PHR/SPHR certification. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures and applicable federal/state laws.
• Experience coordinating concurrent HR projects and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to various audience levels.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs at the Rogers location.
• Advise local managers on HR issues and coach employees on policy interpretation.
• Support employee recruitment, orientation, and retention efforts.
• Ensure wage and salary administration, job evaluation, and equity across the organization.
