The position oversees HR activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services, driving the implementation of the company HR strategy to attract and retain talent.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years in HR, a Bachelor's degree, and preferably PHR/SPHR certification. Travel up to 25% may be required.
