Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an onsite HR Manager to oversee employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services to support current and future business objectives.

The role requires flexibility for multiple shifts, collaboration with local managers, and leadership across recruitment, training, and policy development. Travel up to 25% may be necessary within state and out of state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines.
• Travel up to 25% for business purposes within state and out of state.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs at assigned location. Advise local managers on HR issues.
• Coach employees and managers on interpretation and administration of HR policy.
• Assist management in maintaining positive employee relations.
• Assess the internal employee climate and counsel managers to improve relations.
• Develop and maintain policies and handbook content; ensure pay equity and job evaluations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention through orientations and career-path counseling.
• Plan training needs with local managers and develop proactive training plans.
• Oversee salary administration and wage policy consistency.
