Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an on-site Manager of Human Resources to lead HR services and programs in the assigned location. This role is on-site Monday–Friday and requires flexibility for a multi-shift operation.

The ideal candidate will advise local managers on HR issues, coach employees on policy interpretation, and oversee recruitment, training, and compensation practices to ensure pay equity and positive employee relations. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• At least 4 years of HR experience.
• Experience applying federal and state HR laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of HR services, policies, and programs at the location.
• Advise local managers on HR issues.
• Counsel employees and managers on policy interpretation.
• Maintain positive employee relations and represent the company at unemployment hearings.
• Support recruitment, selection, and retention through orientations and coaching.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to support development.
• Develop proactive training plans and onboarding to meet business objectives.
• Oversee job evaluations and compensation programs for pay equity.
