Job summary

Medline Industries in Missouri seeks an experienced Manager, Human Resources for an onsite role Monday–Friday with flexible shifts. You will partner with business leaders to deliver HR leadership across talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and services.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years in HR; PHR or SPHR is preferred. You will coach managers, administer policies, manage performance, training plans, and ensure pay equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 4 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state HR laws.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR services, policies, and programs at the location.
• Advise local managers on HR issues and employee relations.
• Coach employees and managers on HR policy interpretation.
• Maintain positive employee relations and handle unemployment hearings.
• Oversee job evaluations, compensation programs, and pay equity.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientation, and retention initiatives.
• Develop training plans and proactive employee development.
• Conduct data analysis to inform training needs and programs.
