Job summary

Medline is seeking a Senior Manager, HR to direct, coordinate, and administer all HR activities within the assigned division. This onsite role supports strategy execution to attract, develop, and retain employees aligned with business objectives.

The role requires leadership of HR processes, partnering with division managers, and driving employee relations, training, and compensation programs across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources positions.
• 2+ years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of people-related services, policies, and programs through Human Resources staff. Advise division managers about HR issues.
• Administer processes and metrics that support the achievement of business goals.
• Counsel business leaders to identify and implement actions that improve employee relations.
• Assess internal employee climate and counsel with managers to improve retention.
• Develop and implement personnel policies; maintain policy handbook.
• Support recruitment, selection and retention through orientations, career-pathing, counseling, and exit interviewing.
• Identify factors affecting retention; work with managers to address turnover and engagement.
• Develop proactive training plans to meet current and future objectives; analyze training needs.
• Administer compensation programs; ensure pay equity; revise job profiles and evaluations; assist managers.
