Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an onsite HR Generalist to provide guidance on HR operations and partner with management to deliver HR services. This role serves as the HR point of contact for employees and ensures current HR requirements are met and policies are applied.

The position involves coaching employees and managers on HR policy, supporting training needs, onboarding, compensation programs, and EEO/Title VII compliance. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience applying knowledge of state employment laws to assess compliance issues.
• Proven ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
• Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop positive employee relations initiatives.
• Coach employees and managers on HR policies.
• Assist management in maintaining positive employee relations.
• Assess internal employee climate and counsel managers on actions to improve it.
• Conduct local investigations with HR management.
• Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
• Represent the company at unemployment hearings when needed.
• Coordinate recruitment and selection with Talent Acquisition.
