Job summary

Binks is seeking aSenior HR Business Partner to lead HR at the Shoreview site. You will be the HR leader on site for plant, engineering, lab, and corporate functions, driving performance management and linking ratings to merit decisions.

You will partner with leadership on organization design, talent reviews, and employee relations, including leaves and accommodations under FMLA and ADA. This role requires strong presence on the shop floor and in leadership meetings, with a focus on rapid, fair

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR with at least 4 as an HR business partner or site HR lead in manufacturing.
• Strong employee-relations judgment: investigations, documentation and discipline in a plant environment.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Minnesota employment law, workers’ compensation and OSHA recordkeeping.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders professionally and maintain credibility on the shop floor and in the boardroom.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance management and calibration at Shoreview with clear goals and rated results.
• Coach managers to set goals, deliver feedback, and document progress.
• Lead quarterly talent reviews to identify top performers, at-risk employees, and readiness for more.
• Advise leaders on organization design, talent and succession for current and future needs.
• Own employee relations, conduct investigations, and ensure compliant, fair resolutions.
