Binks, headquartered in Shoreview, MN, seeks an Sr. HR Business Partner to own HR for Shoreview from day one across plant floor, engineering and corporate functions. You will drive performance management, calibrations, and pay-for-performance decisions while partnering with leadership to design organizations and manage talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in HR, with at least 4 as an HR business partner or site HR lead in manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience running a performance and calibration cycle, and moving out low performers.
• Strong employee-relations judgment: investigations, documentation and discipline in a plant environment.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Minnesota employment law, workers’ compensation and OSHA recordkeeping.
• The presence to challenge senior leaders directly and professionally, and the judgment to know when.

Responsabilités

• Drive performance through the people managers and implement Shoreview’s performance program.
• Coach managers to set goals, give direct feedback and document it; ensure timely execution.
• Lead calibration and connect ratings to merit decisions; manage low performers with improvement plans or exits.
• Advise leaders on organization design, talent and succession for Shoreview operations and engineering.
• Run quarterly talent reviews and maintain compliance with safety and HR policies.
• Manage employee relations: investigations, documentation, discipline, leaves and accommodations under applicable laws.
• Maintain OSHA records and support safety training; handle leaves and accommodations.
