Binks US LLC is seeking a hands-on Recruiting Lead for North America, based in Shoreview, MN, with hybrid work and ~20% travel. You will own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, set hiring standards company-wide, and guide regional HR teams in Europe and APAC.

Formación

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience completing hourly plant and salaried searches.
• Agency or search-firm experience preferred.
• Proven direct sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, market mapping.
• Comfort coaching senior leaders with data.
• Experience managing outside recruiting vendors to terms and results.
• Spanish language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Fill North America roles (hourly and salaried).
• Set hiring standards and guide regional HR leaders in Europe and APAC.
• Source directly and manage agency use; run high-volume hourly hiring alongside salaried searches.
• Be the face of recruiting at Binks and partner with managers where they work.
