Millerbernd Manufacturing Company, a family-owned manufacturer since 1933, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support a multi-site business team with strategic HR initiatives. This hands-on role covers employee relations, culture, talent management, compensation, and organizational design.

The Senior HRBP will be the process owner for HR domains, lead investigations, and drive continuous improvements while aligning with company values and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Preferred candidates will have BA or BS in HR Management or related field.
• Experience in organization design, coaching, change management, project management, and sensitive workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interprets and explains HR policies to managers and employees and ensures compliance with laws.
• Provides advice on performance management, employee relations, disputes, and corrective actions.
• Administers HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, discipline, investigations, recognition and morale, health & safety, training and development.
• Leads investigations of complex cases and responds to employment inquiries.
• Drives grievance and disciplinary processes and drafts disciplinary letters and reports.
• Participates in HR projects and analyzes data to identify issues and propose solutions.
• Explains ADA, FMLA, EEO and related regulations; acts as owner for select HR domains.
