Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.
• Build and deploy HR strategies aligned to business goals.
• Administer and manage performance review processes.
• Support leadership development initiatives through performance management.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain HR records and systems and produce reports for leadership.
• Act as a resource to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
