Job summary

Be Well Clinical Studies in Lincoln, NE is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a 100% onsite role. You will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee records, benefits administration, payroll support, and compliance tracking while partnering with leadership.

The successful candidate will help implement HR technologies, automate workflows with Microsoft 365 and AI-assisted tools, maintain confidential personnel information, and contribute

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Three or more years of progressive HR experience.
• Practical experience with recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll support, employee records, compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or a regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, and reference checks.
• Support onboarding, orientation, and HR system access requests.
• Administer benefits, leave documentation, and payroll support tasks.
• Advise leadership on employee relations, performance, and engagement.
• Maintain HR policies, training records, and compliance reporting.
• Manage HR data in Paycom and enhance processes with automation.
