Cottingham Care Community in Cincinnati, OH seeks an onsite HR leadership professional to drive people initiatives and culture strategy. You will oversee recruitment, policies, and engagement programs while partnering with management to align HR with business goals.
The role requires 2+ years in HR, healthcare experience preferred, and a commitment to compliance and development opportunities within a supportive, employee-focused environment.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience.
- Experience in healthcare or long-term care preferred.
- PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
Mansioni
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business strategy.
- Advise senior management on HR matters across development and workforce planning.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Oversee workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
- Lead employee engagement programs and outcomes analysis.
