Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting a call center/hotline workforce preferred.
• On-site role in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR processes for the business units, aligning to location needs.
• Coach supervisors on performance and total rewards.
• Investigate complex Employee Relations issues and document outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with FLSA, I-9, E-Verify, ADA, HIPAA, FCRA.
• Partner with centers of excellence in daily HR management.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding activities for location.
• Manage unemployment, workers’ comp, and leave practices.
• Support performance evaluation administration and calibration.
• Drive HR initiatives cross-functionally with leadership.
• Maintain strong site leadership presence and governance.
