Job summary

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist in Orlando, FL to engage with employees and leaders through the lifecycle. You will lead investigations, policy interpretation, performance management, accommodations, training, and data analytics while handling sensitive cases with discretion.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2+ years in HR, with Workday experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources or related field required or three years of human resource experience three years in employee relations preferred OR its equivalent through training, education, and other experience.
• 2+ years of experience in human resources conducting high-volume workplace investigations; experience with workers' compensation, ADA accommodations, FMLA and other LOA.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain employee data in HRIS with accuracy.
• Manage employee relations workflow including investigations and documentation.
• Serve as HR partner to resolve relations issues and support development planning.
• Lead workplace investigations and policy creation/interpretation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws pertaining to HR.
