Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced HR professional to provide counsel and support to Supervisors, Managers and hourly Team Members, with a strong focus on positive employee relations. You will partner with Talent & Culture to drive reporting, communication, analysis, placement and training for assigned client groups.

This on-site role requires the ability to navigate high-volume HR operations, conduct investigations when needed, and advise leaders on policy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience in a large-scale, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with employee relations, investigations, and payroll questions.
• Strong communication and ability to coach Supervisors/Managers through sensitive issues.

Responsibilities

• Consult with managers regarding discipline and performance; investigate workplace situations.
• Support Team Members and guests to promote positive relations and address issues.
• Review performance discussions, counseling, and development plans with fairness and consistency.
• Assist with HR processes, projects, and communication across departments.
