Toledo-Tool-&-Die-Compan is seeking a motivated HR Intern to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. You will work closely with the HR team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting various HR initiatives and projects and learning all aspects of human resources.

This onsite role offers flexible hours (full-time or part-time) and is designed for students pursuing a degree in HR or business.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and principles.
• Proactive and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Aufgaben

• Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Provide administrative support for HR programs and processes, such as employee onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.
• Help maintain and update HR databases and systems.
• Provide assistance with HR-related documentation and correspondence.
• Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
