Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs invites motivated students to join our Human Resources internship in Toledo, Ohio. You will support recruitment, onboarding, HR policy administration, compensation programs, and employee data management while working with experienced HR leaders.

Qualifications

Enrollment in a BS program in Human Resources or a related field.
Completion of at least sophomore year by summer 2027.

Responsibilities

Recruitment, employment, job postings and employee transfers.
New employee orientation and training.
Administration of HR policies and programs.
Administration of employee compensation, benefits, relocation, and immigration programs.
Coordination of performance review process for client departments.
Prepare, maintain, and retrieve applicant and employee records.
Collect, analyze, and report HR data and information.
Prepare, review, and process documents, including reports, memos, letters, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Other duties as needed to support the business.
