Invio Automation is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support the HR team across recruiting, onboarding, training, and HR operations at our New Baltimore, MI campus. This role offers hands-on experience in a growing manufacturing and automation environment and exposure to day-to-day HR activities.

You will assist with maintaining records, data entry, preparing reports, coordinating interviews, employee communications, and supporting culture initiatives while pursuing a bachelor's degree in HR

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelora0s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior HR internship, work, leadership, or campus involvement experience required.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and support.

Responsabilités

• Assist with maintaining employee records and HR files.
• Support data entry and audits within HR systems.
• Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and employee communications.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire orientation activities.
• Support HR compliance initiatives and document management.
• Screen resumes and coordinate candidate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Help maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting metrics.
