Job summary

Westwood Professional Services is seeking an HR Generalist to support employees, HR Business Partners, and leaders across the North/Northwest region of the United States. This onsite role partners with divisional HR Business Partners and leads HR programs, policies, and processes across multiple states.

You will cover employee relations, hiring and onboarding coordination, performance management, engagement, and HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of progressive HR generalist experience including employee relations and onboarding.
• Knowledge of federal employment law and multi-state compliance; strong policy interpretation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees, HRBPs, and leaders across the region.
• Handle employee relations, onboarding coordination, and performance management.
• Support talent acquisition processes from requirements to offers and onboarding.
• Deliver HR data, reporting, and compliance across multiple states.
• Assist with training, engagement, and retention initiatives; support HR projects and policy updates.
• Travel to regional offices as needed to support HR activities.
