Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support employee engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits, recruitment, HR systems, and learning & development. The role requires leading and supporting HR programs and working closely with the HR Manager and business functions.

The position is onsite in the United States with a focus on delivering robust induction, training plans, payroll support, and performance management initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in engagement, communications and frontline support to employees and managers.
• Experience in negotiating & influencing managers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience operating in a continuous process improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR Manager with global/regional and local HR projects.
• Manage recruitment and selection for all positions (screening, interviews, references, offers).
• Deliver employee induction/on-boarding and training plans for new hires.
• Support payroll queries and liaise with Payroll Specialist.
• Design and communicate compensation & benefits arrangements and employee briefings.
• Guide managers on performance issues and development.
