Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources employee relations.
• Experience in a distribution center or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and programs, and policies for the business.
• Provide support to Employee Relations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Engagement and Training.
• Represent employee advocacy and strong business partner relations.
• Develop an employee-oriented culture focusing on safety, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate recruitment strategies including sourcing, interviewing, and background checks.
