Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Senior Human Resource Generalist to provide onsite HR and training support at our East Longmeadow, MA facility. You will drive staffing, performance, and development initiatives while collaborating with a cross-functional HR team to align programs with business goals.

The role emphasizes training curriculum design, employee relations excellence, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 5 years of HR experience; manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience developing/designing and delivering training programs/curriculum.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Strong employee relations and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide full HR and training support for the business unit, including staffing and performance management.
• Implement HR processes and fairly provide services to all employees.
• Analyze training needs and develop curricula for hourly and salaried staff.
• Design and maintain organizational culture and leadership development initiatives.
• Evaluate programs for relevance to business processes and development.
• Maintain relationships with workforce development partners and collaborate with HR teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and metrics on turnover, diversity, new hires, and transfers.
• Address benefit/payroll/LOA questions and participate in department meetings.
