Job summary

Reyes Holdings seeks an HR Generalist to support the local HR team with employee records, compliance, and training. You will assist in day-to-day management, support compliance initiatives, and help reduce legal risks across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5–7+ years of experience.
• Preferred: Master's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team with employee records, compliance, training, interviewing, and special projects.
• Assist in day-to-day employee management and HR compliance initiatives.
• Administer and execute HR programs including compensation, benefits, and training.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the organization from frontline to senior management.
• Resolve complex HR issues, participate in HR workstreams, and support engagement through investigations.
• Stay current with HR trends, laws, and new technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
