Job summary

Ventek Solutions LLC, a leading manufacturer of molded foam components and protective packaging, seeks an experienced HR Manager to support our Tullahoma and Mt. Pleasant plants in TN. This onsite role reports to the VP of Human Resources and requires travel between sites weekly.

You will lead full employee life cycle, policy administration, compliance, and labor budgeting, partnering with plant leadership to optimize workforce performance and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Six years in HR or related area with at least four years in employee relations, policy admin, safety and compliance.
• Manufacturing HR experience preferred; strong communication across functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field preferred; education/experience substitution possible.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Plant Managers and Operations to administer HR programs and policies.
• Lead full employee life cycle from hiring to offboarding and onboarding.
• Coaching, development, and employee relations; manage investigations as needed.
• Lead talent building, training, and organizational development for both plants.
• Oversee payroll data accuracy, wage trends, and labor budgeting with Finance.
• Manage staffing needs, job descriptions, postings, interviews and selections.
