Job summary

Ventek Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist for its Owosso, MI manufacturing plant to provide comprehensive HR and Safety program support to plant management. The role is onsite five days a week and will primarily support the Owosso plant while leading Ventek HR-related projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in HR or related area, with emphasis on employee relations, policy administration, safety and compliance preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR and Safety program support to plant management and operations.
• Leads and supports employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Manages timekeeping, payroll details and benefits processes.
• Partners with leadership on coaching, performance management, and investigations as needed.
• Supports staffing, onboarding, training, and policy updates.
