Job summary

The role focuses on engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, policy interpretation, and safety-focused culture initiatives.

You will support staffing strategies, develop training, and coach leaders while partnering with site leadership to drive operational success and a high‑performing workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of HR experience in manufacturing or operations.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR guidelines.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to partner with hourly associates, supervisors, and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assess gaps and implement improvements in HR policies and programs.
• Collaborate with site leadership to support engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning.
• Analyze HR metrics and reporting for turnover, staffing, and attendance.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent coordination to meet staffing needs.
• Deliver training programs for managers and associates on HR policies and workplace expectations.
• Coach leaders on workplace relations, performance management, and development strategies.
• Partner with EPG on workplace investigations and policy guidance.
• Stay updated on employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with safety and operations to reinforce a strong safety culture.
• Coordinate HR audits and ensure documentation and resolution of findings.
• Support change initiatives within manufacturing environment.
• Build trusted relationships and promote an inclusive, high-performance culture.
