Job summary

AmeriQual Foods seeks an HR Generalist to own HR for an assigned value stream in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. This on-site, first-shift role partners with leaders and teams on employee relations, performance, onboarding, policy administration, and compliance.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and reporting while helping to strengthen culture and processes within the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing, including employee relations and hourly recruitment.
• Experience and confidence conducting workplace investigations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS; UKG experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support employees and leaders as the primary HR partner for the value stream, including coaching, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for value stream roles, staffing across shifts, and onboarding coordination.
• Administer HR policies and maintain confidential employee records, supporting compliance reporting.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate leadership reports, and track value stream HR metrics.
