Job summary

CFS in Orlando is seeking an Interim HR Generalist to support a 300+ employee manufacturing workforce onsite, reporting directly to executive leadership. You’ll own a broad range of HR duties—employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, HR reporting, onboarding and offboarding—and help strengthen HR processes for faster, data-driven decisions.

This role suits a proactive professional who works independently, partners with leadership, and can make an immediate impact on day-to-day HR

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience
• Strong background in benefits administration, employee relations, workers' compensation, and leave administration
• ADP experience preferred, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage HR reporting and compliance activities

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees
• Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment activities
• Handle employee relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, and performance-related conversations as needed
• Support workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance activities
• Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce planning
