Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an HR Generalist to partner with manufacturing leadership and employees, driving workforce effectiveness, engagement, compliance, talent acquisition, and organizational performance.

This role coaches supervisors to strengthen Fortune Brands as the preferred employer in the community and maintains positive associate relations in a fast-paced production environment.

Formación

• Requires strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, performance management and recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday and UKG Workforce Management.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with EHS and Operations teams to champion a strong safety culture.
• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and supervisors across multiple departments and shifts.
• Execute talent initiatives including recruitment, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture rooted in collaboration and accountability.
• Facilitate onboarding programs that accelerate employee integration and productivity.
• Promote positive associate relations by resolving concerns proactively and providing excellent customer service.
