Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• aPHR or similar certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Talent Acquisition on sourcing, job marketing, and pipeline development.
• Administers onboarding and new hire orientation programs.
• Administers benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations with compliance.
• Maintains 30/60/90-day check-ins with new hires and supervisors.
• Maintains Dayforce HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
• Supports employee relations and resolves teammate inquiries.
• Leads special projects and coordinates events and communications.
• Coaches supervisors on interviewing, policy enforcement and career development.

Education
